The Loader Has A Fault Handling Method For The Drive System

Small loaders have some drive system failures during long-term load work, and we now analyze them. Look at your machine if there is a similar situation, the way the maintenance check is consistent with our handling.

If a gear is walking weakly or unable to walk:

This type of situation can directly eliminate the problems of common oil circuits and components such as torque converters, travel pumps, and pressure reducing valves. The location of the fault may occur in the oil circuit between the shift control valve or the clutch piston. We should check the shaft rotation between the gearboxes. If the main drive shaft continues to rotate and the gearbox output shaft does not rotate, it can be judged. This may be due to severe wear on the clutch bearing cap or nylon sleeve. Or the inner and outer seals of the clutch are poorly sealed. Remedy: Replace the corresponding damaged parts, ie bearing cap or nylon sleeve, inner and outer sealing ring, re-adjust the bearing and bearing cap, so that the bearing clearance is 0.05-0.09mm. If the slipping time is too long, the friction plate may be burned, and a new piece should be replaced. If the oil is contaminated, the filter screen should be cleaned or replaced with new oil.

The reason why the engine is hanging in any gear is not possible:

If each gear is weak, it may be a fault in the common oil circuit and components of the torque converter, the traveling pump, the pressure reducing valve, and the like. For such faults, first check whether the amount of hydraulic oil in the gearbox is sufficient. The method is to keep the engine at idle speed. Observe that the oil level should be in the middle of the oil mark on the side of the gearbox. If the oil level is not visible, make up the oil. After the oil level is normal, the fault is suddenly or gradually appears.

The forward gear can drive normally, and the reverse gear cannot drive.

After the reverse gear is engaged, the forward clutch is not normally disengaged due to the combination of the reverse clutch, and the two clutches are simultaneously in a combined state, thereby causing the whole machine to not walk. In addition, the jam of the forward clutch piston and the blockage of the check valve of the support may also cause the clutch to be separated slowly or not. The check valve is generally related to the cleanliness of the traveling oil. If necessary, clean the filter and replace the hydraulic oil.
